We produce them from a high-quality and durable oak timber, which is able to carry not only its own weight but also the weight of the roofing and it resists the pressure of snow and wind. Oak square beams – characteristics 

Oak square beams are made by longitudinal cutting of a centre of a wooden log. This central lumber should be treated with impregnation against pests. According to specific needs, we produce custom-made oak square beams. It is necessary to place an order in advance. As an alternative to oak square beams, you can use oak logs. The moisture of square beams should be 15-18%. Wood is a unique and specific material which has specific and natural characteristics. Therefore, the occurrence of isolated and also insignificant deformations cannot be ruled out in advance. At stated moisture of 15-3%, the wood is naturally protected from pests. Thanks to the use of a toothed joint, it is possible to produce square beams up to the length of 16 m. The mechanical characteristics of wood are not impaired by the length adjustments. Bonding of joints is performed using solvent-free adhesives.
